I've had a viper v2 pro for a little while now and the dongle randomly stopped connecting. I went to best buy and got an exchange for a new viper v2 pro using warranty and the same issue is happening, the usb slot works fine with other mice, and the dongle doesn't connect on other laptops either. The mouse connects when plugged into with the charging cable, but not when trying to connect with the usb, I've used the razerUSBhyperspeed dongle utility software, but it doesn't work because the dongle doesn't actually connect. I don't know how this happens on both occasions but I really need my mouse to be working wirelessly.
