Is it better for Cullen to take Lyrium or not? ›

He'll break up with you if tell him to stay on lyrium indefinitely; you can tell him to take it only until defeating Corypheus to keep romancing him, so he's clean again by Trespasser. If you make him take lyrium, there's an extra scene at the armory where he tries to break up with you.
