Introduction
Tango is a tool that enables users to capture processes on their screens and transform them into shareable, step-by-step guides known as "Tangos," or "workflows." These Tangos can be used to build documentation, help articles, or to explain anything to anyone without the need for screen sharing, meetings, or videos. Tango is designed to enhance knowledge sharing, making it more efficient and interactive, thereby helping users and teams maintain their focus, avoid interruptions, and overcome work obstacles.

Creating a Tango Workflow
To create a Tango Workflow, follow these steps:
Begin by installing the Tango extension on your Chrome browser.
Pin the Chrome Extension so you can easily use it to create Tangos.
Navigate to where you want to capture a process:
Once the extension is installed, go to the web page from which you want to begin capturing your process.
Start capturing:
Click on the Tango extension icon located in the top-right corner of your browser, then click the prominent purple button to initiate the capturing process. Tango will now automatically start taking screenshots and generating descriptions in real-time as you go through your task!
Control your capture:
A Tango capture panel will appear in the left side of your screen. There will be a controller in the bottom left that allows you to complete, pause, restart, or discard your capture. Paid versions will allow you to blur elements on your screen for a more private capture experience.
Complete your capture:
When you have finished capturing, click the green checkmark button to finalize your Tango.
Edit your Tango:
After completing the capture, you can edit various elements of your Tango, including the title, step names, step descriptions, and the captured images.
Blur and annotate images:
Utilize the image editor to blur sensitive information or add annotations such as arrows, boxes, or text to your screenshots.
Share your Tango:
Once you are satisfied with your Tango, click "Share & Export" to share it with your teammates. You can send an email directly to a teammate with a link to your Tango, quickly copy the entire Tango for pasting into tools like Google Docs or web pages, download a PDF version, embed the Tango into pages within your knowledge base, or simply copy a link to share wherever you prefer.
Congratulations, you're done! Depending what format you share your Tango, viewers will be able to see and experience your Tango in different ways
Link Share - the same scrollable vertical format you see when you're done editing
**Guidance** - when clicking "Guide Me" an interactive walkthrough experience that takes viewers to the apps and guides them through a process (Hint: try it yourself to see the magic!)
Embed - a slideshow-like experience that can be horizontally clicked through (or alternatively scrolled through vertically ) inside of any other knowledge base or wiki
Copy / PDF - you can export out the contents of the Tango Workflow as you wish and what you see is what your viewers will also see
You are now ready to capture and share Tangos!
