Be present.
Focus on where you’re at now, and how you feel. Not where you need to be in the future, or on what happened in the past.
Move.
Make time for play and exercise. Disrupt your pattern. Movement creates space for you to receive and hear your inner guidance.
Trust.
Pay attention to what comes up for you…the first time. Trust that what you’re receiving is right for you and don’t question it. You know what’s best for you.
Choose differently.
Remember that what is best for you isn’t always logical. Choose instinctive feeling over conscious reasoning.
Imagine a level of confidence and belief in yourself SO SOLID that you never feel like you have prove yourself again to feel fulfilled?
Waking up each day KNOWING that you’re doing work you love and making a difference in the world.
KNOWING that you’re in happy and fulfilling relationships.
And with a ROCK SOLID sense of who you are, HAPPY IN THAT, clear on where your life is headed, and excited as hell about it!
You can have this now. All you need to do is decide that it’s going to happen and commit to doing the work to get there.
