TheStop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act, enacted on April 4, 2012, contains several requirements for employees who file a Public Financial Disclosure Report (form OGE-278e). New Forms as a Result of the STOCK Act

Periodic Transaction Report (Form OGE-278-T)STOCK Act | NIH Ethics Program (9). The STOCK Act requires public filers to submit an OGE-278T report for certain transactions on or before the 15th of the month. Notification of Future Employment Discussions or Agreement and Recusal Statement:The STOCK Act requires public filers (employees required to file the OGE-278e Public Financial Disclosure Report), to file a statement notifying their agency ethics official of any negotiation for or agreement of future employment or compensation with a non-federal entity withinthree business daysafter commencement of the negotiation or agreement (does not apply to outside activities).
