Skull O'Maniac is a passive item in Vampire Survivors. It is unlocked by surviving 30 minutes with Lama.
Skull O'Maniac increases Curse by 10% per level.
Skull O'Maniac is required for the evolution of Song of Mana, Mannajja. It is also required for the evolution of Shadow Servant, Ophion, in which Skull O'Maniac must also be fully leveled.
Skull O'Maniac can be found as a stage item in Mad Forest, Moongolow, Boss Rash, Lake Foscari, and Abyss Foscari.

Tips[]
- While increasing the stats of the enemies may not seems like the best idea, more enemies and higher frequency of waves greatly increases the amount of enemies you can kill, which means more Experience Gems.
