Should you save tickets to Google Wallet? ›

By adding tickets to your mobile wallet, you'll be able to access them regardless of cell service or internet connection. Also, when you add a SafeTix ticket to your mobile wallet on a phone equipped with near-field communications (NFC), you'll receive an NFC pass, meaning you can simply tap and go at the venue.

Open the app, email, notification, or other communication that contains your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass. Tap Add to Apple Wallet. Follow the instructions on the screen. If necessary, tap Add in the upper right corner.

Your phone may not support the latest iOS which is required to add tickets to your wallet. You may be attempting to add tickets that are already in someone else's wallet. Any tickets purchased from an individual Ticketmaster account can only be linked to one Apple ID.

Ensure you've upgraded your phone to the latest iOS, you're using the latest version of our app and that any ticket within the Ticketmaster account hasn't been downloaded to another fan's Apple Wallet. Once you're on the latest version of each, press the add-to-wallet button.

Please note printing your ticket is not mandatory however you are welcome to do so. You can show your e-ticket to the driver via your device and this will be sufficient for boarding.

Do I need to show my e-ticket at the airport? ›

No. Your e-ticket is sufficient to enter in Airport. After that, you can collect your boarding pass from airways counter / teller machine by providing PNR number.

Generally speaking, we like to err on the side of caution and suggest you print out your boarding pass, even if you already checked in online and have a mobile version on your phone.
