Is it better to add tickets to Apple Wallet? ›

Once the tickets have been added to your account, you will be able to access them regardless of internet connectivity. To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend adding your tickets to your phone's digital wallet before arriving at the game. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet.

Your phone may not support the latest iOS which is required to add tickets to your wallet. You may be attempting to add tickets that are already in someone else's wallet. Any tickets purchased from an individual Ticketmaster account can only be linked to one Apple ID.

Ensure that you're using the latest version of our app and that any ticket within the Ticketmaster account hasn't been downloaded to another fan's Apple Wallet. Turn off your VPN, Apple Private Relay and other proxy servers. Or, visit our FAQ My ticket isn't working in my Apple Wallet.

Update to the latest version of iOS, watchOS, macOS, or visionOS. Confirm that you have Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID, or a passcode set on your device. Make sure that you are in a supported country or region. Check that your device is compatible with Apple Pay.

Once you've saved your ticket or boarding pass to the Wallet app, all you have to do is swipe to open the saved ticket on your iPhone, show the person at the door your code to scan, then breeze right on through.

Wallet tickets do not expire.

If you don't see an option to add your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to the Wallet app, contact the merchant or company that issued it to make sure they support passes in the Wallet app.

Capture your ticket's QR code or barcode.

Set your ticket on a flat surface to take a picture of the barcode. If the ticket is supported in Wallet, like an event ticket or movie ticket, it will automatically be added in your Passes section of Wallet.

Why can't I transfer my tickets on Ticketmaster? ›

The option may not be available for one of the following reasons: The venue doesn't offer Ticket Transfer yet (we're working on that). The artist or venue turned Ticket Transfer off for that event/section. The event was canceled (ticket buyers get automatic refunds).

If you're seeing an error message when trying to add your Ticketmaster tickets in your Google Wallet, it may be for one of the following reasons: You may have purchased a ticket from a third-party platform that wasn't transferred correctly. You may not be using the latest version of the Ticketmaster app.

Sometimes if you sign out of your Apple ID and back in it resolves the problem. Make sure you are using the latest iOS/macOS update. Make sure that your date and time is correct under Settings > General > Date & Time. Make sure that you are connected to a known-good network and are not connected to a VPN.

If you see the message "This card cannot be used," check if your bank or card issuer currently supports Apple Pay: Apple Pay participating banks in Canada, Latin America, and the United States.

Apple Pay is even safer than using a physical credit, debit or prepaid card thanks to features like Face and Touch ID and your passcode on your iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, or iPad. It's also important to emphasize that when you use Apple Pay, your card number and identity aren't shared with merchants.

We encourage you to download your tickets to your digital wallet before you leave for your event. This ensures that you can always access your tickets.
