Once you've created a survey, poll, or quiz, you can select an option to allow respondents to receive an email confirmation of their responses.
Note:Email confirmation receipt is only available when your respondents belong to your organization and you've checked Record Name in More form settings > Settings > Only people in my organization can respond.
In the form for which you want to turn on this option, click More form settings > Settings.
In underResponse receipts, check Allow receipt of responses after submission.
After submitting responses, respondents will see a link to print or download a PDF of their responses, which includes a thank you message and a list oftheir responses.
Note:If you delete your survey, quiz, or poll or corresponding responses, respondents will no longer be able to access their responses via the link they receive in their confirmation email.

The Response/Receipt URL(s) are the Web addresses to which the payment gateway sends transaction responses and/or redirects customers to your website from the payment gateway hosted receipt page.

Any new response data in your form will be reflected in your workbook. If you've created your form in Excel for the web and select Open in Excel, your Excel workbook is automatically stored in OneDrive for work or school and contains a live data connection to your form.

You can enable response receipts in Google Forms to send a copy of the response to the users when they submit the form. If you want to customize this notification email or use Google Forms with Formfacade, you can use Mailrecipe to send these notification emails.
Check that the form is shared correctly: Make sure you've shared it with the right people or made it public. You can check the sharing settings in your form's "Send" tab. Check if the responses are being sent to the correct location: Make sure the responses are being recorded in the suitable spreadsheet.
Microsoft Forms includes rich, real-time analytics that provide response summary information and individual results for surveys and other types of forms. You can export the results to Microsoft Excel for more in-depth analysis, as well as delete or print a summary of responses.
