While most of the Ninja Storm games picked up where the previous game left off, fans are hoping the new game covers Naruto's journey from beginning to end. In his journey to becoming the Hokage, Naruto faces many foes and challenges. In these battles, he delivers some of the most memorable and impactful quotes in the franchise.

Naruto never backs down from a challenge and he clearly shows this in his quote when he learns he might fail the Chunin Exams and stay a Genin all of his life. To Naruto, it didn't matter, and he would still become the Hokage regardless. This quote also gave birth to one of Naruto's recurring quotes "I won't go back on my word. That's my shinobi way," which has helped make Naruto one of the most likable shonen anime main characters. Naruto ironically also did in fact stay a Genin for most of his time as a shinobi before becoming the Hokage, proving that he meant his words.
"It kinda ... hurts."
— Naruto: Chapter 698.

While Naruto hadn't exactly gone through the same experiences as Sasuke, Naruto continued to feel the pain his friend felt through the bond they shared.
