My card is about to expire/expired.
You will be able to request a new Payoneer card to replace your card that will expire starting 90 days before your card’s expiration date.
Keep in mind that the expiration date for a card is always the last day of the month displayed.
If your card already expired, you should see this option as well by following these steps:
- Sign in to Payoneer.
- Select Payoneer cards.
- Locate the active card that is about to expire, or card with status Expired that you want to reorder, and click Order New.
- You will be asked to enter your shipping information and the new card will be ordered.
For regulatory reasons we may request identification documents before the card can be issued. If such documents are required, you will receive an email with a request to provide the documents.
Once you have submitted the requested information a new card will be ordered for you free of charge. Your current card will remain enabled until you receive and activate the new card. Once activated, your account balance and payment methods will be automatically transferred to the new card.
Please note: If your card doesn't have balance and hasn't been used for a long period of time, you will not see an option to order a new card.
In order for the replacement card to be successfully issued, you will need to receive $100 (or the USD equivalent) within the last 6 months in payments.
