My Wodify (CRM) is integrated with QB. I absorbed my processing fees from January '23 to July '23, so they were categorized as COGS. In August '23, I passed them off to my clients, however, they have still been automatically categorized as COGS, due to a Wodify bug that has not been fixed. Wodify has not solved the issue, so from August '23 till now, it shows these transaction processing fees as COGS, thus counting against my income. All of my accounts are updated and reconciled properly, even though these processing fees are showing up on my profit and loss statements. Is there a way to manually delete these processing fee amounts from Aug '23 till now? Since it is a Wodify integration bug and they have not fixed it - I do not know what to do.

Manually deleting transactions in bulk
I've got your back, tucker. I'm here to ensure you can correct your processing fees to get you back on track.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the batch-delete option is only available in the Bank Feeds section. In your case, we can manually remove them instead.
I'll show you how:
- Locate theChart of accountspage.
- Choose theCost of goods soldaccount.
- HitRun report.
- Manually select each transaction.
- On the transactions page, chooseMore.
- ClickDelete.
I'll add these resources to help you know how your business is doing and review your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements in QBO:
- How to run a Statement of Cash Flows
- Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online
If you have follow-up questions about managing your processing fees, let me know in the comments. Take care always!

Manually deleting transactions in bulk
There are 177 total processing fee transactions. Is there a way to select multiple at a time?
Or must I individually go into each transaction and delete them?

Manually deleting transactions in bulk
Hello, @tuckerkistner.
Yes, you're right. The functionality to delete them multiple at a time is unavailable, you can only delete them individually. For now, I recommend submitting your feedback directly to our development team. They actively evaluate user suggestions and frequently incorporate enhancements in future software updates.
- Go to theGear iconand selectFeedback.
- Provide your product suggestion.
- Click onNextto submit feedback.
Moreover, you can check the status of your request, you can click this link:Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online
I'll add this article to reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements:Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
If you have further questions about any QBO-related concerns, you can comment below, and we'll respond to you as soon as possible.
