Instagram Business vs. Creator Account - Wo liegt der Unterschied?
Seit 2019 gibt es neben einem Privaten und einem Business Account eine dritte Möglichkeit: Den Creator Account. Doch worin unterscheiden sich der Creator und der Business Account und welche Option ist für euch die bessere Wahl? Auf dem ersten Blick erscheint ein Creator Profil genau wie ein Businessprofil, allerdings gibt es ein paar wichtige Unterschiede.
Die Follow/Unfollow Statistik als erster Unterschied
Der erste Unterschied ist die Follow/Unfollow Statistik. Mit beiden Accounts könnt ihr auf das Instagram Creator Studio Dashboard in der Facebook Creator Studio App zugreifen. Jedoch erhalten nur die Creator Accounts zusätzliche Insights über die Follows und Unfollows für jeden Tag. Der zweite Unterschied ist die Sortierfunktion. Es steht euch ein Postfach mit Chats von häufigen Kontakten zur Verfügung und zusätzlich ein „Allgemeines“ Postfach. In diesem Postfach werden alle anderen Nachrichten stumm geschaltet. Außerdem könnt ihr Nachrichten nach Priorität und Eingangsdatum sortieren, um eure Post nach Wichtigkeit zu ordnen.
Instagram Business vs. Creator Account - Mehr Kategorien
Mehr Kategorien sind der dritte Unterschied. Früher gab es nur wenige Kategorien auf Instagram. Mit dem Creator Profil hat sich dies geändert. Jetzt können kreative Nutzer wie z. B. Musiker oder Blogger sich in eine Kategorie einordnen, die dann als Beschreibung über der Biografie angezeigt wird. Dadurch sehen andere Nutzer sofort, worum es sich bei diesem Profil handelt. Der vierte Unterschied ist die Musikauswahl. Bei einem Creator Account habt ihr die Auswahl zwischen bekannten Künstlern und Trend Songs. Bei einem Businessprofil habt ihr dagegen diesen Zugang nicht mehr, sondern nur eine kleine Auswahl unbekannter Künstler.
Instagram Business vs. Creator Account - So wandelst du dein Profil um
Die Umwandlung zu einem Creator-Profil erfolgt direkt in der Instagram-App und kann immer wieder genauso schnell wieder geändert werden. Genau wie bei einem Businessprofil ist ein Creator Profil immer öffentlich. Nur persönliche Konten können auf „Privat“ geschaltet werden. Öffnet dazu Instagram und geht auf euer Profil. Tippt dort auf die drei Striche. Geht anschließend auf „Einstellungen“ und dann auf „Konto“. Scrollt nach ganz unten und tippt auf „Kontoart wechseln“. Unter „Profil bearbeiten“ könnt ihr später eure Kategorie ändern und auswählen, ob sie überhaupt angezeigt werden soll.

Gibt es grundsätzlich eine rechtliche Einschränkung, die Unternehmen verbietet, diese den Creator Account zu nutzen, wenn bspw. die erweiterten kreativen Möglichkeiten interessanter sind, als beim Business Account?
