Disrespectful is even if they are not responding or Not hearing you when you are explaining something important. Be calm in this situation and try to connect with them once again and ask incase any concerns borthering with them.stills after many followup if they are not responding just write a mail to your Higher Authority and explain the situation what happened and try to explain what you felt in the situation rather then blaming others for the situation. You can easily get out from the situation. Blaming each other won't be a good solution to the problem it may cause more worse to your situation even to your Job.I always believe patience and Truthful can save any situation in our Life :) Thanks

What are my resources and support? My manager lied to HR and told them that I hit 2 employees and was fighting over an x-ray film. I was trying to train an employee on our new x-ray machine. She had HR yelling at me over the phone 5 days later. My email address is [email protected] I was also told by my manager that she believed that I needed mental evaluation. Her personality changed and she became a micromanager. She didn't support me.
