Then, when I went into HR, I first moved into recruitment where it's fast-paced, target-oriented, and very people-centric. Armed with my sales and recruitment background, I then explored other specialisations in HR operations. There is not a degree for workforce Management specialist, all things are learned on the job. There are different levels within the workforce management team to be able to grow into. The entry-level position is an RTA, real time analyst, followed by scheduling then forecasting, capacity planner then into a leadership role.
