Jeff Moses
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Moses leads the WorkForce Software organization as Chief Executive Officer, building upon over 25 years of successful revenue growth and global leadership experience. He champions the success of the company’s more than 1,100 customers by developing innovative solutions and services to meet the increasing demands of large, global employers. During his tenure as Chief Revenue Officer, WorkForce Software posted its highest-ever revenue growth and international expansion, including Fortune 100 global brands in the manufacturing, high-tech, and CPG industries and U.S. state and local entities. Before joining WorkForce Software, Moses held key sales, management, and operations leadership roles at Blackbaud, Informatica, and SAP.
Nicole Neumarker
Chief Operating Officer
Nicole Neumarker has over 20 years of enterprise software experience setting strategic direction, leading people, and ensuring results across business, operations, technology, and finance functions. As Chief Operating Officer at WorkForce Software, she oversees solutions product strategy and delivery, directing Product Development, Product Management, Cloud Services, Global Support, and Professional Services organizations. Together, these groups design, develop, deliver, and support industry-leading products to meet global customers’ requirements and ensure a high–quality, scalable, and secure cloud SaaS software delivery platform for WorkForce Software and its customers. Before WorkForce Software, Nicole was the Executive Vice President of Development and Innovation at Cotiviti. Nicole holds a degree from Brigham Young University and is an active female leader in STEM programs.
Bill Shaheen
Chief Revenue Officer
Bill Shaheen leads the strategy and execution of the global Sales, Sales Operations, Channels,and Customer Success teams. A veteran of B2B Cloud SaaS businesses, Shaheen is a seasoned Human Capital Management (HCM) executive, bringing over three decades of industry knowledge and experience to his role. Before the CRO role at WorkForce Software, Shaheen held key sales, executive leadership, and consultancy roles at Code42, SumTotal Systems, Oracle, and Taleo. Bill has also served on the Board of Directors of WorkForce Software as an operating executive for Elliott Investment Management Group.
Bill Razzino
Chief Financial Officer
Bill Razzino brings strategic global leadership from over 20 years of experience with the Big 4 and prior experience in public, privately held and PE-backed companies providing leadership to support growth and innovation. In his role as Chief Financial Officer at WorkForce Software, Bill oversees all global finance and accounting, as well as information technology and legal functions. Most recently, Bill served as CFO and COO at SPINS, a SaaS data technology company. Bill is a CPA and holds a degree from DePaul University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Sandra Moran
Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer
Sandra Moran has more than 25 years of experience enabling global software and technology companies to strengthen their brand and accelerate revenue growth through a customer-centric approach. Having held leadership roles in marketing, sales, new business, and product management, Sandra has built and led high-performing global cross-functional teams to support the identification and delivery of sustainable business growth. Before joining WorkForce Software, Sandra served as the CMO at LLamasoft and INTTRA and has held global leadership roles at OpenText and Hyperion. Sandra earned a bachelor’s degree in business analytics and research from Texas A&M University.
