If you or someone else enters your password, security questions, or other account information incorrectly too many times, your Apple ID automatically locks to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services.
If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store,contact Apple Supportfor help.

If you can't unlock your Apple ID
If you use security questions with your Apple ID, or if you don't have access to a trusted device or phone number, go toiforgot.apple.com. Then you canunlock your account with your existing password orreset your password.After multiple unsuccessful attempts to unlock your account, your Apple ID will remain locked and you can try again the next day.

If you don't have a trusted device handy, you can have a verification code sent to your trusted phone number as a text message or phone call. Select Didn't Get a Code? on the sign in screen. Choose to have the code sent to your trusted phone number.
If you're trying to sign in and don't have a trusted device with you that can display verification codes, you can tap Didn't Get a Code on the sign-in screen and choose to send a code to one of your trusted phone numbers.
To resend the verification email, sign in to your Apple ID account page.Click Resend next to the email address that you want to verify, and we'll send an email to that address.

Another option is to use virtual phone numbers provided by various online services. These virtual numbers can be used to receive SMS codes without using a physical phone. You can access these virtual phone numbers through apps or websites and receive SMS codes for verification purposes.
If you don't have a trusted device to hand, you can get a verification code sent to your trusted phone number as a text message or phone call. Select Didn't Get a Code? on the sign-in screen. Choose to get the code sent to your trusted phone number.
On your iPhone go to Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security. Tap Turn On Two-Factor Authentication, then tap Continue. Enter a trusted phone number (the number you'll use to receive verification codes), then tap Next. A verification code is sent to your trusted phone number.
You may try calling that number and if someone picks it up, you can ask if they are willing to give you that code. They may suspect your call is a scam when you ask for the code, but if you can convince them, then they may give you the code.
You can find your device, mark it as lost, or erase it remotely at iCloud.com/find. When you sign in, you might be asked to enter a verification code sent to a trusted device. If you lost your only trusted device or otherwise can't get the code, select the Find Devices button instead of entering a code.
