What Does Next Business Day Mean?
- A Business Day for the purposes of NBD Warranty is Monday to Friday, excluding National & Bank Holidays, between the hours of 09.00 and 18.00.
- We will ship out the product to the registered address, within India and cities which are directly connected to Goa Airport and rest of the cities on best effort basis. Please check our website whether your city is covered under NBD warranty support.
How do I understand that my product carries free Next Business Day warranty support?
The product purchased by you has Next Business Day warranty sticker pasted on the product ensures you that this product would be under one year free NBD warranty support. Also such products once registered on our Global registration portal provides you online soft certificate and same is reflected in the profile created after registration.
If I delay in registration of the product under NBD warranty then my product still carry the NBD support?
To enable the back end support to provide such NBD warranty it is must to register the product immediately after delivery of the product. Immediate registration guarantee free one month additional NBD warranty support. It means your product carries thirteen (12Months +1 Month bonus) NBD warranty support.
What if product is not delivered on next business day, how do I understand that product is shipped to?

How do I Claim NBD Support?
- For any NBD service awarded product failure returns, customer/Partner must follow a uniform process for Returned Materials Authorization, as follows:
- Customer/ Partner’s engineer notifies D-Link India TAC (DINTAC) of the hardware problem (1800-22-8998) OR [email protected]
- DINTAC and customer/partner’s engineer together complete a thorough problem diagnosis procedure.
- DINTAC and partner’s D-Link certified representative agree that the problem is hardware-related and can be solved with a hardware replacement
- D-Link issues an RMA number and the Next-business-day best-effort replacement time period begins unless the RMA is issued after 2:00 p.m. The time period for any RMA numbers issued after 2:00 p.m. The Time begins the following business day.
