If your dashboard isn't currently showing the course(s) you need, scroll to the bottom of the list and check to make sure that there isn't more than one page of course cards. Your filter is set to exclude courses that haven't started yet: This is by far the most common cause.
To 'star' ('bookmark') a course click the three dots by its name and then click "Star this course". To hide a course, click the three dots by its name and then click "Remove from view".
In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the "gear" icon. From the resulting drop-down list, choose "more" to see course administration page. Select Edit settings on the resulting webpage. In the General section of the settings, click the Course visibility menu and select Show.
We aim to check and approve courses within 48 hours, though it can sometimes take a little longer, so please be patient. Courses for download undergo a virus scan before being manually checked. Courses for enrolling in are manually checked.

Expand the list of options and activities and carefully select the data you want to delete and remove. Once you have selected the data you want to delete, click on Reset course.
From the More menu, select Course reuse. From the drop-down, select Restore. Drag your backup file onto the drop zone, or click Choose a file and use the File picker to load a backup stored on your computer or in a linked repository.

You will need to create a new course in Pearson MyLabs to pair with your Moodle section. Select a method to create a course as you usually would. Once the course is created, the Pearson course and Moodle section will be paired automatically.
