Why did cards disappear from Apple Wallet? ›

Logging out of Apple ID/iCloud account will remove all cards from your wallet app. Turning off Face ID, passcode will remove all cards from your Wallet app. Turning off Two Factor Authentication (2FA) will remove all your cards from Apple Wallet. Does any of the above sound possible?

Go to Settings > General > Software Update. An update might fix any bugs affecting the Wallet app and restore your Apple Card. Re-add Your Apple Card: If your Apple Card is still not visible, try adding it again to your Wallet:Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.

With Apple Pay, your payment card has a unique Device Account Number used to process payments and an expiration date associated with that Device Account Number.
