Surprisingly, your body can provide valuable insight. The mind-body connection is powerful, and just as your mind can pick up on warning signs of a toxic relationship, your body can also give you indicators when you’re with the wrong partner. By paying attention to these physical signs, you can protect your heart, your health, and your overall well-being.
Here are somesigns your body is rejecting someone. Our bodies have a way of communicating with us when something is amiss. Our instincts often sense these signals before our conscious mind fully comprehends them. By tuning in to these physical sensations, you can make informed decisions that not only lead you to the right path but also safeguard your life, relationships, and sanity. Here are seven signs that your body is repelling a wrong partner, indicating that you may be in a bad relationship:
Decreased Natural Moisture: When your body rejects someone, it can manifest as a lack of natural moisture, making intimacy feel uncomfortable or undesirable.
Sleeping Troubles: Your body may sense that you deserve better, leading to discomfort when sleeping next to your partner. You may find that you sleep more peacefully when they’re not around or when you’re on a personal vacation.
Heightened Anxiety: If you begin experiencing anxiety attacks and negative thoughts, such as feelings of low self-esteem, it could be your body signaling that this person is not right for you.

I'm experiencing this right now! I had the worst sleep last night with him in my bed.. uhhh feel drained and exhausted almost if I had the flu it horrible! He's definitely not the one... Never had felt like this till today after 20+ years of an on and off relationship with four kids later. Energy is real.. your body speaks to you every day so pay attention.
