Under returns and refunds it still says 'When a buyer opens a return, we'll refund your buyer and you'll keep the sale.'
A.)If a buyer reports that an item was lost or damaged during international shipping or it is damaged at the hub, we’ll work with the buyer to resolve the issue. You’re protected from:
- the obligation to refund the buyer
Also:
- B.) All international returns and refunds will be handled on your behalf
So, a seller IS Covered and EIS will PAY the refund if "A" above (Lost or Damaged ONLY)
'Handled' on your behalf, not PAID for on your behalf ("B" above) which means ANY other type 'return' is 'handled by EIS, meaning they will collect the item, ship it back to you and then 'take' the refund amount FROM the Seller (which they don't clearly spell out, like they did in the past- (SELLER KEEPS THE SALE is no longer in the verbiage)
