To create a new Roaming user profile: |
To open a different Roaming user profile:When the Roaming feature is enabled, you can only open Roaming user profiles. You cannot open non-Roaming user profiles, unless you selected the Allow non-Roaming user profiles to be opened option on the Administrative Settings dialog box—Roaming tab. If you enabled this option, ensure you open the correct user profile type.

To close your Roaming user profile:From the DragonBar, select Settings>Profile>Close User Profile. |

To save your Roaming user profile:Dragon saves your user profile automatically when you exit. You might save your user profile manually if, for example, you just added many new words to your vocabulary. From the DragonBar, select Settings>Profile>Save User Profile. |

To back up your Roaming user profile:Dragon does not back up Roaming user profiles. Your Dragon administrator must back up Master Roaming user profiles from the network storage location. |

To upgrade your Roaming user profile:If you upgraded from a previous version, you had the choice of which user profiles to upgrade. Since most users have only one profile, this is usually an easy choice. If you chose not to upgrade your profiles when you installed, you can start Upgrade User Profile from the Windows Start menu to upgrade those profiles. |
