When and where is Workday Rising EMEA?
Workday Rising EMEA takes place 10–12 December 2024 at RAI Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Who can register for Workday Rising EMEA?
Customers, prospective customers, sponsoring partners, partner speakers and customer speakers can register.
What are the dates and pricing for Early Bird registration?
Early Bird registration is available until 2 October at 17:00 CEST. Early Bird pricing for a Full Experience Pass is €1,595.
What is the price for a Full Experience Pass after Early Bird registration?
Pricing will be €1,795 for a regular Full Experience Pass, from 2 October at 17:00 CEST.
Can attendees register for Workday Rising EMEA via desktop and/or mobile?
Our registration platform works on both desktop and mobile.
Can passes and group bundles be purchased with a credit card?
Yes, they can.
Can I use credit from a previous year?
No, Workday Rising EMEA passes are not transferable from year to year.
Is there any group pricing available?
Yes, discounts for groups are available via the Group Passes Portal. This programme is for Workday customers who wish to purchase bulk registration passes in advance of the event and invite peers from their organisation to register with the purchased passes. The rates are based on the current registration fee at the time of purchase:
4–6 passes | €100 off per pass
7–10 passes | €125 off per pass
11+ passes | €150 off per pass
When are Group Passes available?
The Group Passes Portal is available to register on now.
Can attendees take advantage of discounts in addition to the Group Passes?
No, discounts cannot be stacked on top of the Group Passes.
Do Group Passes need to be purchased all at once to receive the discount?
Yes. The passes must be purchased all at once from the Group Passes Portal to receive the group rate, as the group rate cannot be retroactively applied. Multiple orders cannot be combined to receive the group rate. See ‘Group Bundle’ in terms and conditions.
Can a group of passes be purchased using a PO with an invoice?
Yes. The payment options for group bundle purchases are credit card or wire transfer. An invoice will be automatically generated. Purchasers may add a PO number or any additional information to the invoice during the ordering process. Please note, payment must be received and deposited in full before the Group Pass registration codes can be released for distribution/use. Payments by wire or check will incur an additional €150 booking fee per invoice.
Will payment invoices be allowed?
Yes, payment is possible via invoice for Group Pass purchases. Requests for payment via invoice will only be allowed until 8 November. All invoice payments must be received by no later than 22 November to ensure access to Workday Rising EMEA. If payment has not been received, your attendees will not be granted entry to the event. There are no refunds for passes purchased from a Group Pass. Group Pass purchases are not available onsite. The rates are only valid when purchasing Full Experience Pass packages and don’t apply with any other discount or promotion.

Are passes from 2023 Tiers of Service customers transferable for Workday Rising EMEA this year?
No, Workday Rising EMEA passes are not transferable from year to year.

Can I bring a guest?
You are welcome to bring a guest to the Customer Appreciation Party on Thursday evening by purchasing an additional Customer Appreciation Party Pass (limited availability) during the registration process. The €400 pass includes transportation, food, beverages and entertainment. Guests must be 18 or older and present a valid ID. Guests are not permitted to other functions or public areas of the conference. If you already registered, please email the Workday Rising EMEA team to add the guest pass.
Are there any age requirements for attending Workday Rising EMEA?
No persons under 18 years of age will be permitted at the conference, including in breakout sessions, keynotes and all other event venues.
What if I forgot or don’t know my password to log in?
Visit the login page and click ‘Forgot password?’ You’ll receive an email containing a temporary password to reset your login credentials.
