Withdrawing funds to your bank account is possible via Express withdrawal or viaWire Transfer.You can use whichever is available in your country.

The system requires you to verify your identity for you to submit a Wire withdrawal request. If you plan to use a company bank account, you would have to complete Corporate KYC verification as well. This is a security measure to protect your account as Wire withdrawals are usually intended for large sums.

Prior to submitting your firstwire withdrawal request, please ensure that your bank can receive USD currency and prepare a copy of your bank statement (not older than 3 months) showing your bank account details where you want to transfer the funds to -- account number/IBAN, account name, Swift/bank code and branch code (if present). A Withdrawals Processing representative will reach out to you via email and request for this to be uploaded to a secure page (in the Verification Center). Do not send this information via email.

Once your bank statement is ready, send a wire withdrawal request by following these steps:

1. Click your profile picture thumbnail from the main menu bar. Then, chooseWithdraw fundsunder Finances.

2. Select Wire Transfer.

3. Provide your bank information.

Note: You'll also be required to provide your residential address here. Please make sure that you input your complete address and it should match the address in your bank statement.

4. Indicate how much you wish to withdraw.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is $500 USD.

• Wire withdrawals are only available in USD.

5. Click Withdraw Funds to file your request.
