If you are worriedthat you've been charged twice for the same bill, you can checkthe amounts and usage dates by clickingthe drop-down arrows on each line item.
If theline items have different amounts and usage dates, then you could be receiving two different bills on the same invoice. This might've been caused by an issue with the utility provider's billing cycles.
If the line items have the same amounts and usage dates, an error may have occurred when the invoice was generated and caused a duplicate billto be applied to your invoice.
