Hint: it’s about being open-minded and learning to adapt
Do you feel like you need to have all the answers?
I used to.
When I was younger, and someone asked me something, I felt anxious if I didn’t know the answer because I thought not knowing something was a sign of weakness.
With the benefit of wisdom over the years, I now lean into the fact I don’t know something; I went from guessing at an answer to finding out the solution, and that has made all the difference.
Look, life is full of uncertainty, and it’s impossible to have all the answers.
But that’s okay!
In fact, I’d argue that not having all the answers is a good thing.
It allows us to stay open to new experiences, to learn and grow, and to adapt to the ever-changing world around us.
Whether it’s in our personal lives or our professional endeavors, our willingness to embrace new perspectives and take some calculated risks can actually lead to exciting opportunities and even unexpected successes.
