Why are we constantly tested in life?
Life is a series of tests. Some are intentional, set by those with the wisdom to evaluate our ability to succeed or falter. Others are unintentional, but no less challenging. Each result leaves a profound impact, shaping our treatment by others and the opportunities we're afforded.
The hardest tests are those that we face without knowing they are coming. When we are aware of the test, it loses its meaning. However, even though these tests are difficult, we still endure them. It is as if the unknown tests are the ones truly worth acing.
We must also strive to conquer the exams we knowingly undertake. The results of these tests will shape how we are treated by others and the opportunities we are afforded. We will carry these results with us as badges of honor or scars of defeat, inspiring us to face more of life's unpredictable assessments.
So, why are we constantly tested in life? I believe that it is because life is a journey of growth and learning. Through the tests we face, we learn about ourselves and our strengths and weaknesses. We also learn how to overcome challenges and to persevere.
The tests of life are not meant to defeat us. They are meant to help us grow and become better people. So, let's embrace the tests of life and use them to become the best versions of ourselves.
