When using Zengo, it is crucial to ensure you are sending the correct crypto asset to the corresponding supported wallet address (read here how to find the wallet address).
Certain exchanges like Binance offer multiple networks for withdrawing funds, and it is important to respect the following guidelines to ensure your asset arrives safely.
Below is a list of the supported assets supported by Zengo and the appropriate networks for each cryptocurrency:

Here are a few tips:
For Ethereum and Polygon, note that Zengo can store any ERC20 token; however, you may not be able to view them directly on Zengo. We are continuously adding visual support for those tokens.
In the meantime, you can use them on DeFi and dApps by connecting your Zengo wallet through WalletConnect (read more). This allows you to access a wider range of DeFi platforms and applications while still ensuring the security and ease of use of your Zengo wallet.Zengo supports Ethereum and Polygon NFTs (read more). Certain NFTs may not show immediately either because they are not yet revealed by the author or hidden by our security systems.
If you feel an NFT should be appearing, refer to the hidden NFT section at the bottom or simply contact our support team. You can always view all your NFTs either using a blockchain explorer or simply linking your Zengo wallet to an NFT marketplace or service with WalletConnect.
