- not answering the question properly or;
- incorrectly referencing your work.
If you're unsure of the requirements for an assessment task, the best thing to do is ask for explanations and instructions early, thenfollow up regularly with support services.

Regardless of whether it was a take-home assessment task or an in-class exam, you must be objective when analysing your performance. It would also be helpful to note down any feedback from your teachers.

If you receive a negative outcome for your skills assessment, you can apply for a reassessment with a change of occupation. To request a reassessment with a change of occupation, you must submit your application within 90 days from the date of the original assessment decision and pay the fee.
Reset or Reopen Assessment in All Students tab
Then select whether to Reset or Reopen and click the corresponding button at the bottom right. The Reset option removes any student work and then reopens the Assessment. To get credit, the student will have to complete the Assessment again from the beginning.
