Gift cards can be issued for a number of reasons and have a 3 year expiry whereas voucher codes usually apply to limited time offers and promotions.
Discount, voucher or coupon codes
Voucher codes are usually a short string case-sensitive of numbers and letters that you can obtain from any ongoing promotions or offers, such as our rewards from IKEA Family reward keys. They usually have a short expiry period (for example, 30 days) and can't be used in conjunction with other offers.
IKEA Gift Card and Refund cards
Gift cards are a 19-digit number that are issued with a 4-digit pin code that you need to provide in order to use the funds. The expiry period is 3 years from the date of issue. Gift cards are treated like cash and therefore can be used with ohter discounts. However, make sure you don't lose it as we won't be able to replace lost or expired gift cards.
Refund cards are like gift cards however are usually issued under certain circ*mstances when you return products and may vary in expiry period.
