eBay sellers are not required to reply to messages or to use or upload tracking information. On the listing you bought from there is an estimated delivery time frame. If you do not receive your item by the last estimated delivery date, the next day open an item not received (INR) dispute. Since you have tried contacting the seller you do not need to do that again.
In the future, I suggest that you check the feedback profile pages of any ebay seller you consider buying from. Click on the number in ( ) to the right of their username yours is (55) to be take to their profile page. On that page if the seller has received any neutral or negative feedback you can click on those numbers to read only those comments. Since you seem to buy from some very high volume sellers, keep in mind that the best ones will have a feedback percentage of 99.6% or better. It is best not to buy from high volume sellers who have less than a 98.6% rating. A low volume seller can have a lower rating for just one feedback. But never go by feedback percentage alone.
