What is the output of this?Statistical reason, maybe.I prefer the "old style"plan/do -> a table to monitor the progress, part of PDCA cycle.Focus on tasks and achievements is ok.Checking causes of deviations and corrective actions should be enough.Otherwise we'll be trapped in "excel management of the figures" which is only a tool, xls.
