A "No Signal", "No Source", or "No Input" message will appear on your TV screen if the TV is not receiving a signal from your TV box. This is often a result of either the TV box being powered off, not being properly connected to the TV, or the TV being set to the wrong input.

Ensure the TV box is powered on
"No Signal" might just mean that the TV box is powered off. To ensure that your box is powered on:
- Press thePOWERbutton on your Shaw remote control.
- Depending on which remote you are using, you may have to press theCBLbuttonat the top of the remote first, and then thePOWERbutton.

Check the input on your TV
Each device you have connected to your TV (eg. DVD player, Blu-Ray player, TV box) is connected to a unique input port on the back of your TV.For your TV to correctly display a picture from the TV box, it needs to be set to the input your TV box is connected to.
- Power on both your TV and the TV box.
- Change the input port selected on your TV by pressing theINPUTbutton on your TV's remote.
Reset the TV box
You can try to fix the issue by resetting your TV box.
- Power off the TV box.
- Detach the power cable from the back of the unit, and from the wall outlet or power bar.
- Wait 30 seconds and then reconnect the power cable to the unit and the power source.
- Wait up to 2 minutes for the TV box to reboot.
- Power on your TV box and test it again.

Switch the cable input
If your TV has a faulty input, it will be unable to read the signal from the TV box.
- Try connecting your TV box to a different input port on the back of the television.
- Change the input port selected on your TV by pressing theINPUTbutton on your TV's remote.
Audio without a picture
