What’s In These Vegan Garlic Bread Sticks?
- All Purpose Flour – I always use King Arthur’s organic all purpose which has an amazing flavor and texture… plus is a great value for the quality you get.
- Water:use warm tap water or heat up distilled or bottled, whatever you would normally drink.
- Olive Oil: We are a fan of ZOE olive oil which also tastes amazing and is a good value online.
- Sugar: I used a white granulated, but you can try subbing in a natural sweetener too (I’ll hav to try these with raw honey sometime!)
- Garlic Powder: one of my favorite spices, garlic powder is great to knead into the dough to give this bread a garlic flavor from the inside out!
- Yeast: I used active dry yeast, which is what I use for my 4 ingredient no knead bread.
- Garlic Salt: sprinkled on top for a fun finish and great garlic flavor!
Sheet Pan Breadsticks For the Win!
These vegan garlic breadsticks are the perfect sheet pan side dish! I love a good sheet pan meal, especially during these winter months when the weather starts to turn cooler. Cooking on a sheetpan is one of my favorite ways to get a meal on the table fast! All the food gets cooked on a single pan, which makes cleaning up a breeze. And the oven does all the work for you, so you can focus on other kitchen prep while the food cooks. Sheetpan meals are awesome for breakfast, lunch, or dinner – check out my link here to see other healthy sheet pan meals that are ready in no time!
