Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
School bus means every motor vehicle owned by a public or governmental agency or private school and operated for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity, to or from school or school activities, or, privately owned and operated for compensation for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity to or from school or school activities (Education Law §11[1] and Vehicle and Traffic Law §142).
End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.
Tournament means a competition for the playing of Poker, which is restricted to persons who have completed an entry form and have paid the prescribed entry fee;
Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.
Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;
Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.
URL means “uniform resource locator,” an internet web address.
Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisem*nts; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.
End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.
Associated Data means that data which accompanies a Message but may not be in the Adopted Protocol; such data may include header information, protective markings, designations, Electronic Signatures, date and time of transmission and of receipt;
Named User means a named individual authorized to use the Software (or any portion thereof) regardless of whether the individual is actively using the Software at any given time; a non-human operated device will be counted as one or multiple Named User(s) (depending on the nature of operation) in addition to all individuals authorized to use the Software; and “Permitted Users“ means Named Users, concurrent Users or other types of Users being authorized to use the Software, as set forth in the applicable Notification Form.
Footwear or Leather Care Product means any product designed or labeled to be applied to footwear or to other leather articles/components, to maintain, enhance, clean, protect, or modify the appearance, durability, fit, or flexibility of the footwear or leather article/component. Footwear includes both leather and nonleather foot apparel. “Footwear or Leather Care Product” does not include “Fabric Protectant,” “General Purpose Adhesive,” “Contact Adhesive,” “Vinyl/Fabric/Leather/Plastic Coating,” as defined in section 94521(a), “Rubber/Vinyl Protectant,” “Fabric Refresher,” products solely for deodorizing, or sealant products with adhesive properties used to create external protective layers greater than 2 millimeters thick.
Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);
Residential services means a complete range of residences
Peddler means any person, firm or corporation, either a resident or a nonresident of the city, who has no permanent regular place of business and who goes from dwelling to dwelling, business to business, place to place, or from street to street, carrying or transporting goods, wares or merchandise and offering or exposing the same for sale.
End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.
Alumni means the persons who have received degrees, diplomas or certificates from Ryerson Institute of Technology, Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, Ryerson Polytechnic University or Ryerson University and who are no longer registered as students; (amended)
Additional Business Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;
Named Users means designated individual users authorized by Customer to access or use Smart Configure, Price, Quote.
Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.
Telephone Toll Service is As Defined in the Act.
School health services means health services provided by a qualified school nurse or other qualified person that are designed to enable a child with a disability to receive FAPE as described in the child’s IEP.
End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.
