Practical Manifestation Techniques
The following list outlines how you can incorporate a manifestation practice into your life. At the heart of manifestation is an alignment of your thoughts, emotions and beliefs with what you want to attract. How you think, feel and believe defines your personal vibration. To manifest what you want you must vibrate at the same frequency. This means you must think, feel and believe in alignment with what you want to attract.
For example, if you want to manifest your dream job all of your thoughts, emotions and beliefs must operate as if you are in the reality where you have your dream job. You must think and feel as though you already have your dream job. You must believe that having your dream job is possible and believe you are worthy of receiving it.
Step one: Think
Positive thinking
Address any habitual mental patterns that you engage in that paint the opposite reality to which you want to attract. Become aware of these thoughts and train yourself to not give them your attention. In time, they will be disarmed by your lack of engagement in them. Alter your thinking to be in alignment with your desired reality. Begin to form new empowering thought patterns and repeat positive affirmations.
Meditation and mindfulness
Establish a daily meditation practice to enable you to become aware of your thoughts and decide which thoughts get your attention. Mindfulness is the key to restructuring your thought patterns and learning to redirect your thinking to be of a vibrational match to what you want to attract.
Journaling
Journaling is a powerful tool to retrain your mind and paint a picture of your desired reality. Writing with a pen and paper grounds your focus and puts you in the driver’s seat of your thoughts. There are several journaling exercises that can guide manifestation and improve thinking.
Step two: Feel
Gratitude rituals
The vibration of receiving is the emotion of gratitude. This is one of the most powerful manifestation techniques. This involves cultivating the emotion of gratitude and giving thanks for what you want to attract, even if you haven’t received it yet.
Incorporate a daily gratitude practice into your routine, ideally, before you sleep or as soon as you wake up when your brain waves are most suggestible and closest to the state of your subconscious mind.
Setting intentions
Your intentions define the tone of your behavior. They are the current that carries your expression and play a huge part in your vibration. Tap into your intentions and deeply set whatever intentions align with what you want to attract. If you want to attract love, set an intention to receive love and to give love.
Step three: Believe
Visualization exercises
Enter into a meditative state and begin to slowly and intentionally piece together your desired reality. What does it look like, how does it feel and what are you doing? Visualize a reality that you desire, deeply feel into it and believe that it already exists.
Vision boards
Create a vision board to represent your aspirations and define your desires and goals. Piece together images that represent your desired reality and arrange them neatly on a board. Regularly engage with your vision board and connect with the belief that the board represents your current reality.
