USD.. the FED will cut interest rate.. my reason is this, DXY have been in a range for 12 months.. which is not a good for a government. interest rate cut will make investors borrow more money which will improve the economy.

For a few seconds after release, the rate here showed at 5% rather than %5.25. Hopefully no one traded on that.
