Tips on completing the Business Profile successfully
What is the Business Profile?
This questionnaire is required to verify your line of business and understand your business needs. We typically ask you to fill it out before you start to use Request a Payment.
How to complete the Business Profile?
You will be asked to provide the following information:
- What do you mainly use your Payoneer account for? Please choose from the options given.
- Select the category that best describes your line of business: Please choose from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your business’s website (domain or business profile on marketplace or social media platform):This is required to understand how you advertise your product(s)/service(s) online and how your customers reach you.
- Please provide the URL to your own website or profile on social media.
- If you are selling in a marketplace, please provide your profile’s URL.
- If you are working in a freelance platform, please provide the URL to your profile.
- Please do not submit your client’s website.
- What is your connection to the website provided? Please choose from the given options in the dropdown menu.
- Does your business have an additional website? Please choose Yes or No and follow the steps.
- Tell us about how your business operates. Who are your customers and what are they paying you for? Please explain what product(s)/service(s) you are providing and who your customers are.
- In what region does the majority of your business activity take place? Please choose the region from the dropdown menu.
- What is your business's average total monthly volume of incoming + outgoing payments? Please choose your average total monthly volume from the dropdown menu.
- On average, how many payments do you typically receive each month? Please choose from the dropdown how many payments you receive or expect to receive every month.
After filling out all the questions, please click Submit.
Can I start requesting payments if my details were not yet verified?
Once you submit the questionnaire, you can start requesting payments. Please note that we may ask you to provide additional information via email once you actively start requesting and receiving payments.
