The Saturday Evening PLUS Sunday ticket is valid for admission only from 3:30pm to close on the Saturday selected, AND full-day admission on Sunday of the same weekend.

If the date is most important to you, commit to a date and purchase the non-refundable ticket, understanding the weather is unknown, and the park will be open on that date regardless of temperatures and in variable weather, rain or shine or even snow.

Yes, on a limited basis for Summertime tickets, Holly Jolly Halloween tickets, and FEASTival event tickets; admissions in May through October can be rescheduled during the same season (up to 10/26/24), provided it is done at least four days in advance:

You can reschedule as long as it is done at least four (4) days prior to your original visit date and there is availability in your newly planned date. For example, if your Summertime visit is scheduled for Tuesday, you’ll need to reschedule by Friday at the latest. You can reschedule your tickets on your own, online, using the confirmation email you received with your initial purchase. You will not be able to reschedule tickets from a general operating date to a FEASTival event date or vice versa. Please call us for assistance if this is your situation.

No, for Christmastime tickets & New Year’s Eve tickets; admissions in November & December cannot be rescheduled.

Santa’s Village operates regardless of temperature, and in variable weather — rain or shine, or even snow.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of a specific date’s operations by Santa’s Village, the park’s responsibility is limited to the cost of admission for the cancelled date, and does not extend to any other costs such as travel or lodging.

YES — One-Day General Admission Tickets that say “holds no expiration”

We ended sales of General Admission (not date-specific) Tickets in April 2020, due to daily capacity limits. For those who purchased or received General Admission tickets (they state, “holds no expiration” on them) prior to that time, if they have not already been used, you may use the tickets on a regular operating date (not for special events).

Other admission passes that can be used, provided they do not have an expiration date: Gift Admission Passes with no expiration date, and Corporate Admission Passes with no expiration date; if they have not already been used, you may use the tickets on a regular operating date (not for special events).

YES — Summertime One-Day Gift Admission Pass 2022 that says “holds no expiration”

You may use a Summertime One-Day Gift Admission Pass 2022 (they state, “holds no expiration” on them) for admission during our Summertime or Halloween season, if it has not already been used. Please note, these tickets will only be accepted for admission on general operating dates from mid-June through late-October; these passes are not valid for admission during special events (such as FEASTival) or Christmastime dates.
