Man killed as auto hits parked car A 24-year-old Dayton man was killed last night after the car in which he was riding struck a parked car in North Dayton. E. Tyree, of 35 McPhearson Street, died at 7:42 p.m. at Good Samaritan Hospital, the Montgomery County coroner reported. Tyree was a passenger in an auto driven by his cousin, Marshall Lee Tyree, 23, of 1627 Mack when the car struck a parked vehicle in front of 342 Troy the coroner said.

Marshall Lee Tyree was not injured, police said.
