How do I reset my tenable community password? ›

Fill out the registration form and make sure the information is accurate. For example, be sure to match the exact Customer ID with the exact name of the company account you are associated with. Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive an email further explaining the registration process.

Support cases can be opened via our Tenable Community platform at https://community.tenable.com/. Depending on your current registration status, you may already have a Tenable Community account.

It is reported that Tenable.sc offers a broader range of features than Tenable.io. For example, Tenable.sc includes vulnerability scanning and compliance assessment, plus it has risk management capabilities, while Tenable.io focuses on vulnerability scanning and compliance assessment.

In the upper right of the Community page, select My Products. On the left select your product type, then on the right select "Manage Product" next to the product needing to be reset.
