Strawberry Dole Whips are a dairy free treat, perfect for summer!
We’re HUGE Disney fans and more importantly Disney food fans! I wanted to make a dairy free version of our Dole Whip and last minute decided to use strawberries instead of pineapple for this Strawberry Dole Whip.
One of the most popular recipes on our blog has been our Disneyland Dole Whips! They’re a classic treat found in Disneyland’s Magic Kingdom and other Disney parks.
This less tart, dairy free, version of a dole whip still has the delicious pineapple flavor with a fun strawberry twist! 2 hours from start to finish these are perfect for a healthy summer treat!

Before we get into the recipe, let’s talk a little more about Disney!
If you are looking for the best deals on a Disneyland or Disneyworld vacation, we use this website book our trips – they have killer prices and a layaway plan to pay for your vacation!
Now on to the best part, the recipe!
I love that these Strawberry Dole Whips are very low calorie (about 80 calories per serving!) and still satisfy your sweet tooth!
They may not be the ones from Disneyland but they are refreshing and low calorie, which sounds like a treat I can definitely get behind.
Here’s how to make the best Strawberry Dole Whips:
Blend together three cups of frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, almond milk, and lemon juice. We recommend using Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and 100% Dole Pineapple Juice.
If Almond Milk isn’t for you, coconut milk or a low fat cow’s milk will also work in this recipe. Just keep in mind the flavoring and texture may be slightly different.
Pour blended mixture into a Ziploc Freezer Bag. Place flat in the freezer for two hours. If you don’t have a freezer bag, you can put it in any freezer safe container, just cover it with foil and freeze until slightly firm.
Once slightly firmed, remove bag from freezer and cut a hole in the corner of the bag.
Squeeze Dole Whip into a bowl, swirling into a circle, just like at Disneyland! Top with more pineapple juice if desired. These are easiest served in a glass if you want to add more pineapple juice.
