A new high-powered real estate group has been born. The Sally Forster Jones Group and The Fridman Group, both of Compass, are joining forces as Jones Fridman International. Both groups have storied careers, with a combined $25 billion in sales. And now, a new chapter begins.
“Our partnership story is really one of organic growth,” says The Fridman Group (TFG) co-founder Tomer Fridman. “Over the years, Sally and I found ourselves collaborating on various high-profile projects not just in Los Angeles but around the country and worldwide. The Richard Meier Rothschild Tower in Tel Aviv was Meier’s acclaimed international residential tower, and particularly pivotal for us. It was during this project that we discovered not only a shared passion for luxury real estate around the globe, but also a shared vision for elevating the standard of service in our industry. That vision really laid the foundation for our partnership.”
Fridman cofounded the group with real estate agent Isidora Fridman, his mother who is also the co-chairman of Israel Sothebys International Realty.
With portfolios that have included the Spelling Mansion, the Owlwood Estate, the Brentwood Oasis and Encino’s Odin House, the high-powered duo has represented Hollywood power players including the Kardashian family, Jennifer Lopez, Pamela Anderson and Candy Spelling. Together, Fridman and Forster Jones are leading sales at the under-construction, 17-unit luxury Rosewood Residences in Beverly Hills.
“This partnership unites our great approach to serving clients locally, nationally, and internationally,” Forster Jones says. “By pooling our resources, marketing capabilities, and extensive networks, we can expand our go-to-market reach and enhance our services across a wide range of luxury offerings. We aim to innovate, positively influence the market, and provide an unmatched level of service that creates an elevated standard in luxury real estate.”
They are currently offering luxury listings in top-tier locations including Beverly Park, Hidden Hills, Bel Air, Beverly Hills and Calabasas. “We are also representing Emaar, a prominent global developer based in Dubai, and thrilled to be working on their projects like the Beverly West residences,” Fridman says.
They aim to expand their reach even further with the combination of their two teams. “Our focus is on growth and expansion, especially in other luxury enclaves,” Forster Jones says. “We are particularly excited about the Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills and our partnerships with esteemed developers like Emaar Properties. These projects represent the pinnacle of luxury real estate and showcase our ability to curate unforgettable experiences tailored to each client’s specific needs and desires.”
Most importantly, they really like each other — not a given in the cutthroat world of L.A. luxury real estate, famed for its big deals —and big personalities. “We’ve traveled the world together for business, and through that experience, we discovered that we bring complementary elements to the table,” Fridman says. “Our strengths overlap in ways that really enhance our collaboration.”
Forster Jones agrees. “We laugh a lot,” she says. “Each of us brings our own unique personalities and perspectives to the table. For us, clearly the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. We definitely complement each other and together we excel in our profession and take things to the next level. That’s what makes our partnership so special.”
