@Ask_Spectrum It’s working now, but it’s been stalling like this for the last three days for no apparent reason. I’m working & the internet light on router goes off. About a minute later the modem lights indicate that no internet is being received.What’s causing this persistent issue?

So @GetSpectrum charges me twice for the same movie on two separate dates on my recent bill. Confused, I called and asked why I would rent the same movie twice and they said would refund the money of the movie rental. Which they did not. Once again, stellar customer service 👌🏼

@GetSpectrum Hey spectrum. It's not fear for a customer to be 3 hrs on the phone for your service. Your call/c say they can't help either with a simple request.

contrary to popular belief, Hell isn’t a hot and fiery place where you’re physically tortured for all of time. Hell is actually just an eternity spent on the phone with @GetSpectrum’s customer support, which is infinitely worse.

I wish @Ask_Spectrum & @GetSpectrum would notify customers before doing scheduled maintenance on their network.I was halfway done with a new blog post about the upcoming @Apple iPhone 12 and blam - all four tires go flat.There is no reason why notifications can’t be sent out.

Let me get this straight. I call @GetSpectrum to talk about how much they have outages. Like when I log in you state its down. Lady on line says I have to call tech and get my equipment tested. It's your effing systemmmmmm. Not mine. So. The question is. Back to wow or what?

@Ask_Spectrum Called to upgrade a few weeks ago. Was told there would be a $50 fee to upgrade. No install required. Cancelled service. Now I find out I had to pay for a full months service because I was 6 days into the billing cycle and you don’t prorate. Was a customer for years

@GetSpectrum convinced me to switch from AT&T but failed to mention I’d never have cell service. Today my phone is completely booted off service & They dont allow reg chat support to get help on mobile & I can’t call without cell service. Thanks for screwing me #spectrumoutage

I have had enough of @Ask_Spectrum & their awful pricing for internet. I could have the exact same speed for $30/mth less if I could get @WOWCare but Spectrum has a monopoly on my area so I can't. What utter crap this is when you have no choice in a service provider.

@Ask_Spectrum It was a scheduled maintenance issue @Ask_Spectrum Its been fixed now, but it put me about two hours behind schedule. Can’t you find a way to alert customers before you shut down? I’d sign up for alerts.I lost three good paragraphs I had to totally rewrite because of this.

I went to @GetSpectrum to return equipment. They wouldn't take it because I wasn't wearing a mask. I said I had a medical exemption but they didn't care. When I put the equipment on the counter they jumped back 2 ft like it had COVID. I left it on the counter. **** you Very Much!

So @GetSpectrum increased the internet bill this month & a lot of customers are upset to see that Spectrum doesn't care about anyone during the pandemic. Spectrum is the type of company who says we can register a complaint but nothing gets fixed.

@Ask_Spectrum someone is calling from this number has called & hung up so many times I am filing a federal complaint. Enough. Yeah I owe $100 which would have been paid if when I returned my equipment, it was told to me I owed it at that time. Harassment is illegal. 2186737096

@Ask_Spectrum I'm without a phone for a week because Assurant has no phones and you won't lend me any from your store. Assurant says they won't have any for two weeks. Can you help me?
