For valid non-expired EZ-Link cards
Get your immediate refunds (for cards with remaining value <$80) at:
Passenger Service Centres within most MRT stations.
*A deferred refund will be processed for cards with a remaining value that is equals to or above $80.
For SimplyGo EZ-Link cards
Get a deferred refund at:
SimplyGo Ticket Offices located at MRT stations and bus interchanges. Your basic particulars and nominated EZ-Link CAN ID/bank account details for the refund will be required. The deferred refund will take up to 14 working days to be processed.
For expiring EZ-Link cards before
31 December 2024
You can get a subsidised EZ-Link card at only $3. Simply exchange the EZ-Link card that is expiring/expired before 31 December 2024.
Visit any SimplyGo Ticket Office to get your subsidised card. You can also perform a deferred refund of the EZ-Link card that has expired at the SimplyGo Ticket Office.
