In some cases, we can approve an account immediately, during the signup process. Approval can take up to 60 seconds, once you submit your details.
If we are unable to approve the account immediately, it can take up to 2 business days, depending on whether we need to review additional information or request additional identity details.

As a regulated financial entity, Payoneer is required to conduct customer due diligence to ensure the safety and security of all its customers. Your identity information will help us validate the details you provide during signup, ensuring that you are the rightful account owner and preventing fraud and identity theft.
The identification documents we ask you to provide vary by country. For individuals, it will generally be some type of personal government-issued ID. For companies, it may be a certificate of incorporation or other type of company verification document.
Sometimes, to ensure your identity is fully verified and to ensure your payments are processed smoothly, our regulations require us to collect and review additional details to those we request during the sign-up process.
In addition, we may periodically request additional documents or information as part of complying with the regulations that govern our financial activity in different countries around the world.

- If you have not yet signed up for a Payoneer account for sending payments, you can instead sign up for a Payoneer account for receiving payments. With this account you can request and receive business payments to your Payoneer balance in multiple supported currencies. - If you already have an approved Payoneer account for sending payments but what you actually need (or would like in addition) is a Payoneer account for receiving payments, click here and provide the additional requested details. Once we review and approve your request, which generally takes several business days, your Payoneer account will include the functionality you currently have (for sending payments via your chosen payment method) as well as all functionality related to receiving payments to a Payoneer balance and making payments from that balance.
- If your business is registered or incorporated, for example a registered sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation, choose Company.
- If your business is not registered, choose Individual.
Choose the business category that most closely matches the category that your business belongs to.
The email you enter will be your Payoneer username. You’ll use it for signing in to your Payoneer account. At the end of the signup process, you’ll be required to verify your email.

- that request information we may need from you from time to time to keep your account running smoothly and securely
- to inform you about possible suspicious activity

- If you are signing up as a company, enter the physical address of the business. If there are multiple addresses, enter the address of the business’s headquarters. Do not enter a post office box, care-of address, or public address.
- If you are signing up as an individual, enter your residential address. Do no enter a post office box, care-of address, or public address.

- If you are signing up as a company, enter the name of the authorized representative who will access and use Payoneer on behalf of the company. If your company is a sole proprietorship, enter the name of the sole proprietor.
- If your name or the authorized representative’s name contains a hyphen or special characters, do not enter them. For example, enter Sue-Ann as Sue Ann.
- If you are signing up as a company, when entering the URL for a company website, provide the website where you conduct or promote your business or that best reflects your business activity. If your business does not have a dedicated website but instead is hosted on a platform like Facebook, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Wix, etc., make sure to enter the full address that directly opens your business’s home page. In addition, do not enter a site that is offline or under construction. Doing so can cause delays with your application.
- Please ensure the ID you provide is valid. An expired ID will result in delayed account approval or application rejection.
- When entering a phone number, make sure to provide a mobile number. If signing up as a company, provide the best phone number to reach the authorized representative whose name you provide.
