Signature Card
means a document signed and submitted by the Client to the Bank which is designed by the Bank and forms an inseparable part of the Framework Agreement, containing the model signatures of authorized signatories in connection with the agreement, issued upon conclusion of the agreement or thereafter between the Client and the Bank.
