We cooperate with almost 19.500 contractors of the company and are responsible for tens of thousands of contracts and millions of invoices. The Contracting & Procurement (CP) department takes part in global negotiations of Shell contracts and orders on a daily basis. It also establishes relationships with business partners from various regions of the world. The employees of the CP department are constantly supporting Shell in building its position as a leading group of asset energy and petrochemical companies. Financiers, traders, linguists and experienced managers who create the CP team are the face of the company for its numerous business partners, including 19.500 contractors and more then 32.000 suppliers. It is an acknowledgement of the importance in the life of Shell of the specialists from the CP department.

Our Story
The Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) department is responsible for supplying crucial materials to Shell factories across the globe.
Base oils, fuel components, packages and stickers are delivered through the Lubricants Supply Chain to 10 locations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. A role here is an opportunity to learn about different work cultures and procedures, and to gain vast knowledge about the supply process in international projects. In addition to that our LSC Logistics team supports stock management in two 3P Distribution Centres in Europe as well as ensuring a smooth logistics supplier payment and contract management process.

It’s Trading and Supply Operations. Trading and Supply Operations in SBO comprises of the Order to Delivery, Shell Voyage Claims and Operations Support teams. In Krakow SBO we have more than 190 people who support Trading & Supply in its joint activities with passion, competence and continuous improvement approach.
Our Story
Shell Trading and Supply key hubs are in London, Houston, Singapore, Dubai and Rotterdam, where our traders make deals on crude oil, natural gas, LNG, electrical power, refined products, chemical feedstocks and environmental products. The execution of the trading deals requires a wide range of activities, expertise and responsibilities. Our Voyage & Claims teams in Krakow play a vital role in maximizing recoveries, minimize payments and ensure that the value of the trading deal is protected through its lifecycle. Operations Support manages reporting, Non-oil invoices verification, Voyage actualisation, system updates.
The Order to Delivery teams manage the delivery of fuels from the refinery to the Retail sites: we are the enablers who help distribute Shell’s fuel products. Speaking 9 foreign languages, we cooperate with partners from the Benelux countries, the DACH region and Central and Eastern Europe. We supervise the entire process of the fuel supply chain. Our core activities are planning the fuel deliveries using trucks on the road, which load fuels at terminals and discharge at the retail sites. We have experienced professionals in logistics, customer service, finance and many talented linguists and analysts.

Our Story
The Legal team started in March 2017. It is split between the Shell Ethics and Compliance Office, Legal Services Global Operations team and Legal Services Projects & Technology team.
We undertake a broad range of work as trusted advisors and business partners in order to ensure that the activities performed by Shell are in accordance with the highest ethical standards and legal requirements.
In Ethics and Compliance, we provide comprehensive support and advice to various Shell businesses globally in terms of identification and management of ethical and compliance risks. We advise on the priorities of the Group Ethics and Compliance programme and manage various compliance operational processes and tools. We execute integrity screening process aimed to verify identity and integrity of Shell counterparties. We also provide support to Shell businesses in terms of Data Privacy matters and the implementation of the Information Management programme.
In Legal Services Projects & Technology (LSPT) we focus on the analysis of various legal issues regarding the sale of Shell products and services. We review and draft agreements and other legal documents with Shell’s counterparties. We also advise on IT and export restriction matters.
In Legal Services Global Operations (LSGO) we provide legal advice in terms of variety of corporate matters, Safety and Environment matters and Contracting and Procurement for IT. - Technical Asset Operations

We are multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals with qualification in Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering, Geophysics, Geology, Petrophysics and Instrumentation.
We are supporting Shell Operating Units and global teams with Maintenance, Production, Engineering and Subsurface and Wells data management activities.Our Story
We use data as a valuable business asset no different from physical Shell assets or people and strive to maximize the return we generate from Shell assets.
The team consists of two groups:
Subsurface and Wells plays a leading role in managing Shell’s Seismic, Petrophysical data across regions ensuring the data is searchable, retrievable by the users and at the expected quality level.
Facilities and Equipment provides technical support regarding rotating equipment and turbomachinery for Shell assets to make sure their equipment work efficiently, safely and without any failures.TAO team in Krakow started in December 2017 and within 2 years we were able to build energetic and diverse group of professionals helping Shell perform better (safer, more reliable, more profitable). We are part of global team located in 4 different locations with 750+ staff. I’ve started my journey with the team in 2014, being part of the exiting time of growth, seeing how we mature as a trusted partner for our Shell colleagues form main businesses.
