I want to be able to have all accounts on my laptop to be able to have access to all files on the computer.
That includes downloads, pictures, documents, etc.
Also, if that is successful, will deleting an account also delete any files?
Do I have to use One Drive?

Hello, you can either change permissions for the users folders, and allow access to other users, or use the Public folder
